These packages are designed to make your cleaning experience more convenient and efficient. Please feel free to ask for more details or request a quote for the package that suits your needs. (regular, business, or Eco)

We are here to assist you in ensuring your cleaning tasks are as smooth and effective as possible.

Vacuum cleaner and mop are a must.

You do not need to be present during the cleaning. If you have any specific instructions or preferences, please feel free to communicate them with us in advance. And,  If you do choose to remain at home while our cleaning team is at work, we kindly request that you allow us to work without interruption. This helps us maintain our focus and provide you with the best possible cleaning service. Your comfort and convenience are important to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and effective cleaning process, time is our most valuable resource.

Before our cleaning team arrives at your house, we kindly request that you prepare by picking up personal belongings and items that may obstruct the cleaning process. This helps our team work efficiently and ensures that no items are accidentally moved or damaged during the cleaning.
If you have any specific requirements for tidying up certain areas or items, we kindly ask that you please inform us in advance. Yes, we are a pet-friendly cleaning service! We love pets and understand that they are an important part of your family. When you book our services, we will kindly ask for the name of your pet and inquire about any special instructions or preferences you may have regarding their care while we are in your home. This helps us ensure that your pets are comfortable and safe during the cleaning process. Your pet’s well-being is important to us, and we aim to make the cleaning experience pleasant for both you and your furry companions. If you are a proud pet owner we recommend you always use Eco products.

We highly recommend a deep clean or at least a thorough cleaning for first-time customers.
A deep clean ensures that all areas of your home receive a thorough and comprehensive cleaning, addressing any accumulated dust, dirt, and grime. Regular cleaning typically requires a minimum of 2,5 hours (until 87 m2), though the exact duration can vary depending on the size, state of the apartment and specific cleaning needs of your house.

If you have a more detailed estimate or specific time frame in mind, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and cleaning preferences. Although we have a standard price for general cleaning and other prices for other types of cleaning, what could vary the most is the time spent.

This approach allows us to provide you with a transparent and customized estimate based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of your property.  We do have some limitations to ensure the safety of our cleaning team and the effectiveness of our work. Here are some things that Partners in Grime won’t do:


Moving Heavy Furniture: We will not move heavy furniture due to safety concerns. However, we are happy to move smaller items like dining table chairs and coffee tables. If you would like us to clean under heavy furniture, we request that you move it, and we will then clean underneath upon request.


Outdoor Areas: Our equipment is not designed for cleaning outdoor areas such as patios. 


Pet Mess or Bodily Fluids: This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning up pet messes, litter boxes, blood, feces, urine, and overflowed toilets. Specialized cleaning may be required for these situations.


Fireplaces: We do not clean fireplaces due to the potential damage that soot and ash could cause to our cleaning equipment.
